Archbishop Desmond tutu, for many years, while nelson Mandela was in prison , Desmond tutu was the focus of hope for racial justice in south Africa. One of his prayers; god bless Africa, guard her children, guide her rulers and give her peace, for Jesus Christ’s sake. O lord, make us interments of thy peace, where there is hatred, let us sow love, where there is injury, pardon where there is despair , hope where there is darkness, light where there is sadness , joy.
We are in black history month I hope we get spend some time in thought about all those black people who stood up so we can have a voice. Rosa parks stood up so the humiliation of riding on a bus like a second class citizen made Martin Luther king have a voice. We have to continue speaking out against injustices so future generations can have equality. #blackhistorymonth
